WHO THIS IS FOR

These seminars are designed for athletes who want to present themselves at a higher level on stage, whether you are preparing for Nationals, competing for the first time, returning to the stage, or simply know your posing needs to match the quality of the physique you have built.

You do not need to be an advanced competitor to attend. You do need to be ready to learn, apply feedback, and take your stage presentation seriously.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

This is not a basic posing class.

Posing by Courtney seminars focus on how athletes are actually seen and evaluated on stage, including The Judges Eye, individualized posing, live corrections, stage strategy, transitions, spatial awareness, and competition simulation.

The goal is not to make every athlete pose the same way. The goal is to help each athlete understand how to present their own physique more effectively, confidently, and competitively.

OCTOBER 11: HOW TO LOOK LIKE A NATIONAL-LEVEL ATHLETE

This seminar is focused on complete stage presentation and helping athletes, coaches, and supporters understand that posing is only one part of the full visual package. We’ll break down how posing, suit, hair, skin, makeup, tan, proportions, and overall presentation should work together to support the physique, create a more polished look, and present the athlete at a national-level standard.

OCTOBER 24: STAGE PRESENCE (+ NOORLABS)

The October 24 seminar will include a special extended educational experience with Noorlabs.

In addition to Courtney’s stage presence and performance training, Noorlabs will lead a dedicated education segment focused on athlete performance, recovery, body composition, and supporting how competitors look, feel, and perform throughout prep.

This collaboration brings together two sides of competition preparation: what happens before you step on stage, and how you present yourself once you get there.

NOVEMBER 4: NATIONALS READY

This is the most hands-on and competition-specific seminar of the series.

Athletes will be taken through a full Nationals-style stage simulation including individual presentation, callouts, comparisons, movement, pressure, fatigue, and live posing corrections.

Because every athlete needs enough time on the floor to receive meaningful feedback, capacity for this event will be especially limited.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Your seminar registration includes:

  • Live education and coaching with Courtney
  • Practical posing and stage-presentation instruction
  • Live athlete demonstrations and corrections
  • Competition-specific strategy and judging insight
  • Interactive questions and discussion
  • Access to exclusive partner education and activations where applicable
  • Opportunity to connect with Courtney regarding private posing coaching and Nationals preparation
  • Professional seminar environment at Magno Gym in Puebla

Specific content varies by seminar, so athletes attending the full Road to Nationals series will experience a progressive curriculum rather than the same class repeated three times.

FAQ

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Wear fitted training or posing clothing that allows Courtney to clearly see your physique, alignment, and movement. Competition-style posing attire is welcome but not required unless otherwise specified for a particular seminar.

DO I NEED TO BRING HEELS?

Bikini, Wellness, Figure, Fit Model, and other divisions that compete in heels should bring their posing heels. If you are new and do not own competition heels yet, you can still attend.

WHAT LANGUAGE WILL THE SEMINAR BE IN?

The seminars will be presented in a combination of English and Spanish based on the group attending. Courtney will make sure important concepts and corrections are clearly understood by both English- and Spanish-speaking athletes.

DO I NEED TO BE AN ADVANCED COMPETITOR?

No. First-time competitors, regional athletes, Nationals competitors, and experienced athletes are all welcome.

The material is designed to be understandable for newer athletes while still providing advanced concepts, strategy, and corrections that experienced competitors can apply immediately.

CAN MEN ATTEND?

Yes. While some portions of the seminars may focus more heavily on women’s divisions, the principles of presentation, judging, posing strategy, stage awareness, comparisons, and performance apply across divisions.

IS MY SPOT CONFIRMED WHEN I COMPLETE THE FORM?

No. Your registration is confirmed once your required deposit has been received and verified.

ARE DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE?

Deposits are non-refundable because space is limited and your payment reserves one of the available seminar spots.

If you are unable to attend, transfer options may be considered depending on the event and timing, but are not guaranteed.

CAN I ATTEND MORE THAN ONE SEMINAR?

Absolutely. Each seminar covers a different stage of competition presentation and is designed to build on the previous experience.

Athletes who want the most complete preparation can register for the full Road to Nationals series.
