About Courtney
I'm Courtney 👋🏻
an IFBB Bikini Pro, physique coach, lifestyle coach, and one of Mexico's most recognized NPC posing coaches.
I've been coaching women since 2014 and competing in the NPC since 2021, earning my IFBB Pro Card at Mexican Nationals in 2022. Today, I continue to compete internationally while coaching athletes, lifestyle clients, and aspiring competitors around the world.
What makes my coaching different isn't just my experience, it's how I think.
I thrive in the middle ground.
Some women want to earn a Pro Card. Others simply want to build a body they're proud of. Most coaches treat those as completely different journeys.
I don't.

I'm not a retired competitor teaching from memory. I'm actively competing, studying the sport, attending NPC Mexico shows, watching judging trends evolve, and continuously refining my coaching based on what's happening right now, not what worked years ago.
My entire competitive career has been built in Mexico, giving me a deep understanding of the NPC system and the standards judges are looking for. As an IFBB Pro, I've also competed internationally and had the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with some of the sport's most respected judges, coaches, and athletes.
In 2025, I was honored to be voted #3 Best Female International Posing Coach in the World.
