Pre-Competition Prep (PCP) Coaching
The same as Signature Coaching, except a more clear, goal-aligned Blueprint Timeline plan. This is a phenomenal foundation prior to entering competition prep, to develop the mindset, habits and routine necessary for a very successful prep.
Ideally 8-12 months in PCP prior to 6-12 months of prep.
Training Only
Personalized training programming and support. No nutrition added, can be a one-time program or monthly support, form check review and progressive phases.
Perfect your stage presence with NPC/IFBB posing sessions. I’ll guide you through transitions, angles, walking, and confidence so you feel polished and ready to impress the judges.
1. Video sessions: 15, 30 and 60 minutes via WhatsApp video (English only)
2. Video critique: you send videos to me and I provide you feedback (packages: single, half month and full month)
3. Personalized posing routine: created specifically for you and your division, to practice with before our video sessions/critiques
